In 2001, the State of North Carolina revised the physician licensing requirements with respect to CME. More information can be found at the following web site.

Below is a link to a simple Excel spreadsheet to help physicians track CME activities. The spreadsheet has 4 columns for data (date, hours of CME, type of activity, and notes about the CME activity). Instructions for entering data and for calculating CME are included within the file.

 

The link below will open the CME Tracking Tool as a file in Excel. If a macro warning message appears, select "Yes" or "Enable macros" to permit macros to function. Save a copy of the file to your computer (use the File, Save As function in Excel) and / or your PDA for you to track your CME hours.
