Afaria is a software program used to update the content and programs on your PDA. To run Afaria, follow these instructions.
2. Establish a connection to the Duke Network. Any of these connections will work:
3. On the PDA, tap on Start (upper left-hand corner), Programs, and Afaria.
4. On the Afaria main screen, tap View on the menu bar:
5. Then tap Configuration on the View menu:
6. Make sure that the following settings are entered (you can change the channel as needed):
7. Tap 8. Tap and let Afaria run 9. Accept any defaults, indicate 'Yes To All' when asked about overwriting files (even if the file date is older - it doesn't matter!). 10. Make sure that there are no connection errors. If an error is returned, make sure that you have a connection to the Duke network, then try again.
